Misha glances up. Jared isn't totally sold on Misha yet, but he thinks he's just channeling Sam's frustration that he couldn't save Dean himself. Because other than that, Misha's exactly the kind of crazy Jared thinks is fun. He's like Chad, but with fewer STDs.
"You need the help of my minions?"
"I'm declaring October 17 Jensen Ackles Appreciation Day," says Jared.
Misha looks at him. Jared sometimes wonders if he was cast as Castiel just because of his ability to maintain a totally blank expression for a disconcertingly long time. "Do you want Jensen to break up with you?"
"No," says Jared. "He's gotten a lot more relaxed about fans. And I was going to go through and find the best appreciations. The ones that don't involve graphic descriptions of our sex lives."
"I don't know if those will exist," Misha says.
Jared sighs. "I love our fans, but seriously."
"Did you think about just baking him a cake?" Misha asks, consolingly.

"So I had big plans," says Jared.
"Okay," says Jensen, looking confused. "What happened to them?"
Jared laughs. "Well, I was going to get Misha to make the internet love you, but then I remembered it was the bad love. And I was going to make you an awesome dinner, but I might have caught the steaks on fire. Which was why I asked you to get pizza."
"Why were you--what's going on?" asks Jensen.
"I decided I don't appreciate you enough," says Jared.
"Yeah, every day is really pretty minimal," says Jensen.
"Not, like--I wanted to do something special for you. You know, like, a day dedicated to how awesome you are."
"I am pretty kickass. Jared, you don't--"
"But I figured I'd never remember it unless I did something pretty spectacular. So, uh--this was gonna be better, but," he flushes, swallows, and gets down on one knee. "In honor of the first ever Jensen Ackles Appreciation Day, will you marry me?"
Jensen stares, looking dazed, and then suddenly he grins wide and laughs a little, and he looks so fucking happy. "If I say yes, does it mean I have to accept Jensen Ackles Appreciation Day as a holiday?" he asks.
"Yes," says Jared. "Yes it does."
"Damnit," says Jensen. "I'll marry you anyway, but I want it on record that--"
Jared kisses him.
"Jensen Ackles Appreciation Day is stupid," Jensen finishes, some time later.
"Whatever," says Jared, nuzzling Jensen's neck. "This is the best day ever."
"Well," Jensen hedges. "Yeah. Maybe."
